Great first blog, Bridget! I will watch the documentaries and get some of the books and see where this takes me . I do believe the saying “you are what you eat” is so true!

Amazing. I need to make a change – i find it so hard to start…connected to self esteem which is my life’s work 🙂 and a long process.
You are my biggest inspiration honey – thank you for the post 🌸🙏🏼❤️

Gorgeous Mel, I hear you on the self esteem! Just gently read about it and see where it takes you…. no judgement, no perfectionism. Spiritually it has changed a lot for me ❤

    Hi B.

Firstly congrats on your upcoming nuptials! Really fantastic news and I’m very happy for you.

Secondly – thank you for writing this blog. I’ve been wondering about a plant-based diet for a while and have heard snippets of info about it here and there but not had the time to piece it all together. I first read the China Study in 2009 when my lovely uncle Bryn (who you’ll remember from when we were young!) was diagnosed with cancer and we were researching how to change his diet to help him fight it. Sadly we lost him a year later, but this initial research started a train of thought in my mind that has never gone away nor I have acted upon it to investigate it further. You’ve given me fresh impetus and I’m going to start doing my homework based on your recos here.

    Love

      Hi T!
Thank you! Am really looking forward to it – end of August 🙂
Lovely Bryan had such an impact on me, a truly wonderful man.
A plant-based diet is really worth a look, it takes a little time to adjust to but eventually I found my way with it. Here if you need any help with it.
      Lots of love
      B xx
