Hi Bridget love your blog. I am at a roadblock too and have little control over the timing of how things wull unfold. Ive definitely used your point 2 – planning for my weekend which usually involves some cooking too! And point 3 not expecting too much from others but still giving your best, and visualising a positive outcome but not demanding it. Good luck and hope to see you soon xx

Hi Amanda, thank you so much! Thanks too for sharing – I really hope you find a way round (or a trampoline over) your block.
It really does take the pressure off if you allow yourself to sit with it for a bit. Good luck to you too and yes to seeing you soon 🙂 xxx

You’ve so much wisdom to share Bridget, and I love your heartfelt words. I’m glad you’re facing your roadblock if this is what it brings for the rest of us . So sorry to hear of the shadow that’s hanging over you, but inspired how you’re choosing to deal with it. Much love xxx

    Hey Bridget,
We met at the US Embassy for their Christmas fair. I’ve recently started my own apothecary business after being made redundant. I was working on about 2 hours sleep for several days running and could barely string a sentence together at the end of the day but you came over and chatted with me and gave me some really great advice. It was pretty much all I remember from that day, chatting with you and Kiara. I just wanted to thank you. You inspired me, both of you. Your insta posts and especially this blog post are exactly what I need to see when I’m struggling.
I’m sorry you’re struggling right now too and I hope everything works out ok. Well done you for turning this road block into merely a diversion. I hope it leads to great places. Keep going girl. You got this.

    Much love,

    Stella xx

      Hi Stella,

I remember it well!! You have such an incredible business and BEAUTIFUL products (that candle was divine!). I am going to come and visit you in Maltby market soon and give you a big hug! I think I have turned a corner, fingers crossed, made some big changes to help the ‘getting better’ process. You keep going, you are a wonderful chick and a fabulous entrepreneur. Big love Xxxx
